  We take pride in the quality of our products and value every one of our customers. That’s why we make our return and exchange process quick and easy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days, we hope you’ll let us try to fix that. If you’re still not satisfied, you can return your weBoost product for a full refund. We only ask that you pay for the return shipping. This includes both new and certified refurbished products.

  The process is easy: Call us at 1-866-294-1660, send us an email, or visit weBoost.com to chat with one of our Customer Support representatives about your return. Ship your weBoost product back to us (or back to the original seller if instructed), along with your proof of purchase. After your product has been returned, you will receive your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

  weBoost proudly includes a 2-year manufacturer's warranty for all vehicle and residential cell signal boosters. These products are warrantied for 2 years against any workmanship or material defects. To take advantage of our manufacturer's warranty, you can simply return your weBoost kit to us, along with your dated proof of purchase. We only ask that you pay for the return shipping. We will replace any defective parts and pay for the delivery of the replaced product back to you if you are located within the continental U.S.

  The fine print:

  Please note that our manufacturer's warranty does not apply to signal boosters or kits if we determine the product has been damaged by the customer. Please note that failure to use a surge-protected AC power strip with at least a 1,000-joule rating will void your warranty. After 90 days, we may replace products with refurbished products that have been completely recertified to conform to our product specifications. If you have any further questions about our warranty process, please contact Customer Support and one of our representatives will help you begin the process.

  Finally, our weBoost policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services on those products purchased only from an authorized Wilson Electronics dealer and that includes a receipt or proof of purchase. If you happened to have purchased a Wilson Electronics product from an unauthorized dealer, or if the original factory serial number has been removed or altered in any way, your Wilson Electronics warranty will not be valid.

  The Drive Reach Flex Fleet can be either professionally installed or quickly plugged in by anyone with no special tools required for mounting the outside antenna in place. This cell signal amplifier kit can be more easily moved from one fleet vehicle to another, which is especially useful for rentals or short-term leases on fleet vehicles when permanent alterations are not desirable. However, the Drive Reach Fleet must be professionally installed. It includes an outside NMO antenna that must be permanently installed to the vehicle by drilling through the roof and the power supply must be hardwired in. The Drive Reach Fleet is the better option for fleets that make permanent, durable customizations to their vehicles.

For vehicles with an aluminum body, an adhesive disk is included to firmly mount the NMO antenna to the outside of the vehicle. For all other body types, the magnetic NMO mount powerfully holds the antenna in place without damaging the vehicle.

  Is professional installation required for the Drive Reach Flex Fleet?

  While professional installation is required for the hardwire power supply option, do-it-yourself installation can be completed using the plug-and-play power supply. This simple installation process requires mounting the outside antenna in place using either the provided magnetic mount or adhesive disk and running cable from the outside antenna to the amplifier through the seal strip. Then mounting the inside antenna to the dash and running cable through the vehicle to the amplifier before plugging the power supply into the cigarette lighter. weBoost strongly recommends professional installation regardless of the type of power supply used.
