  We take pride in the quality of our products and value every one of our customers. That’s why we make our return and exchange process quick and easy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days, we hope you’ll let us try to fix that. If you’re still not satisfied, you can return your weBoost product for a full refund. We only ask that you pay for the return shipping. This includes both new and certified refurbished products.

  The process is easy: Call us at 1-866-294-1660, send us an email, or visit weBoost.com to chat with one of our Customer Support representatives about your return. Ship your weBoost product back to us (or back to the original seller if instructed), along with your proof of purchase. After your product has been returned, you will receive your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

  weBoost proudly includes a 2-year manufacturer's warranty for all vehicle and residential cell signal boosters. These products are warrantied for 2 years against any workmanship or material defects. To take advantage of our manufacturer's warranty, you can simply return your weBoost kit to us, along with your dated proof of purchase. We only ask that you pay for the return shipping. We will replace any defective parts and pay for the delivery of the replaced product back to you if you are located within the continental U.S.

  The fine print:

  Please note that our manufacturer's warranty does not apply to signal boosters or kits if we determine the product has been damaged by the customer. Please note that failure to use a surge-protected AC power strip with at least a 1,000-joule rating will void your warranty. After 90 days, we may replace products with refurbished products that have been completely recertified to conform to our product specifications. If you have any further questions about our warranty process, please contact Customer Support and one of our representatives will help you begin the process.

  Finally, our weBoost policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services on those products purchased only from an authorized Wilson Electronics dealer and that includes a receipt or proof of purchase. If you happened to have purchased a Wilson Electronics product from an unauthorized dealer, or if the original factory serial number has been removed or altered in any way, your Wilson Electronics warranty will not be valid.

  Can I run a hotspot with the Drive Sleek OTR?

  Yes. The Drive Sleek OTR is designed to boost the cellular connection to any device placed in the cradle. As long as you can run a hotspot through that device, you can hotspot in your vehicle.

  Will my radio antenna affect the Drive Sleek OTR?

  No. Your radio antenna shouldn’t interfere with the Drive Sleek OTR. Just be sure to place the booster’s external antenna at least 6 to 12 inches away from the radio antenna.

  Will the Drive Sleek OTR boost GPS signal in my truck?

  Yes. If your GPS device is powered through a mobile cellular network AND fits in the Drive Sleek OTR cradle, then it can boost your GPS signal.

  Will the Drive Sleek OTR work when the vehicle is off?

  No. The Drive Sleek OTR is powered by your vehicle’s 12V CLA (cigarette lighter adapter) port. It does not have its own battery, so it must be powered by your vehicle.

  Do I need to remove my phone from its case for the Drive Sleek OTR to work?

  No. The Drive Sleek OTR is powerful enough to provide a boosted signal through a protective phone case. Metal phone cases are the only exception since they may block cell signals.

  Does my phone have to stay in the Drive Sleek OTR cradle to receive a boost?

  Yes. Your phone, hotspot or other cellular-connected device must stay in the Drive Sleek OTR cradle for it to receive the boosted cell signal.

  When is the Drive Sleek OTR the best option?

  The Drive Sleek OTR is the best option for solo truckers who drive through remote areas. If you only have one device that you plan to use while driving, then the Drive Sleek OTR may be the booster for you.

  Is there an alternate power supply option for the Drive Sleek OTR?

  No. The Drive Sleek OTR is designed to support 12V CLA ports.

  What is the length of the Drive Sleek OTR cradle?

  The Drive Sleek OTR cradle is adjustable between 5.1 to 7.5 inches, so it will fit almost any phone.

  What is the length of the outside antenna cable?

  The cable included in the Drive Sleek OTR kit is 20 feet.
