  We take pride in the quality of our products and value every one of our customers. That’s why we make our return and exchange process quick and easy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days, we hope you’ll let us try to fix that. If you’re still not satisfied, you can return your weBoost product for a full refund. We only ask that you pay for the return shipping. This includes both new and certified refurbished products.

  The process is easy: Call us at 1-866-294-1660, send us an email, or visit weBoost.com to chat with one of our Customer Support representatives about your return. Ship your weBoost product back to us (or back to the original seller if instructed), along with your proof of purchase. After your product has been returned, you will receive your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

  weBoost proudly includes 1-year manufacturer's warranty on all certified refurbished cell signal boosters. These products are warrantied for the stated duration against any workmanship or material defects. To take advantage of our manufacturer's warranty, you can simply return your weBoost kit to us, along with your dated proof of purchase. We only ask that you pay for the return shipping. We will replace any defective parts and pay for the delivery of the replaced product back to you if you are located within the continental U.S.

  The fine print:

  Please note that our manufacturer's warranty does not apply to signal boosters or kits if we determine the product has been damaged by the customer. Please note that failure to use a surge-protected AC power strip with at least a 1,000-joule rating will void your warranty. After 90 days, we may replace products with refurbished products that have been completely recertified to conform to our product specifications. If you have any further questions about our warranty process, please contact Customer Support and one of our representatives will help you begin the process.

  Finally, our weBoost policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services on those products purchased only from an authorized Wilson Electronics dealer and that includes a receipt or proof of purchase. If you happened to have purchased a Wilson Electronics product from an unauthorized dealer, or if the original factory serial number has been removed or altered in any way, your Wilson Electronics warranty will not be valid.

  No. Your radio antenna won’t affect the Drive Reach RV as long as you install the booster’s external antenna at least 6 to 12 inches away from the radio antenna.

  Yes. The Drive Reach RV is designed to work when parked or in motion. Because it reaches the farthest cell towers, the Drive Reach RV is perfect for use in remote locations.

  Will the Drive Reach RV boost GPS signal in my RV?

  Yes. As long as your GPS device is powered through a mobile cellular network, the Drive Reach RV can boost your GPS signal.

  Does the Drive Reach RV only work in RVs?

  Will the Drive Reach RV work when the RV ignition is off?

  The Drive Reach RV is a more powerful booster. The Drive Reach RV reaches towers up to 74% farther compared to the Drive X RV.

  Does the Drive Reach RV come with a hardwire power supply?

  No. The Drive Reach RV kit does not come with a hardwire power supply. However, the DC/DC Hardwire Power Supply (850022) can be purchased separately, if needed.
