  We take pride in the quality of our products and value every one of our customers. That’s why we make our return and exchange process quick and easy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days, we hope you’ll let us try to fix that. If you’re still not satisfied, you can return your weBoost product for a full refund. We only ask that you pay for the return shipping. This includes both new and certified refurbished products.

  The process is easy: Call us at 1-866-294-1660, send us an email, or visit weBoost.com to chat with one of our Customer Support representatives about your return. Ship your weBoost product back to us (or back to the original seller if instructed), along with your proof of purchase. After your product has been returned, you will receive your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

  weBoost proudly includes 1-year manufacturer's warranty on all certified refurbished cell signal boosters. These products are warrantied for the stated duration against any workmanship or material defects. To take advantage of our manufacturer's warranty, you can simply return your weBoost kit to us, along with your dated proof of purchase. We only ask that you pay for the return shipping. We will replace any defective parts and pay for the delivery of the replaced product back to you if you are located within the continental U.S.

  The fine print:

  Please note that our manufacturer's warranty does not apply to signal boosters or kits if we determine the product has been damaged by the customer. Please note that failure to use a surge-protected AC power strip with at least a 1,000-joule rating will void your warranty. After 90 days, we may replace products with refurbished products that have been completely recertified to conform to our product specifications. If you have any further questions about our warranty process, please contact Customer Support and one of our representatives will help you begin the process.

  Finally, our weBoost policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services on those products purchased only from an authorized Wilson Electronics dealer and that includes a receipt or proof of purchase. If you happened to have purchased a Wilson Electronics product from an unauthorized dealer, or if the original factory serial number has been removed or altered in any way, your Wilson Electronics warranty will not be valid.

  Does the phone have to be in the Drive Sleek cradle to receive a boost?

  Yes. Your phone or other cellular-connected device must stay in the Drive Sleek cradle for it to receive the boosted signal.

  Do I need to remove my phone from its case for the Drive Sleek to work?

  No. The Drive Sleek cradle will boost your cellular signal through most protective phone cases. Metal cases are the only exception since they may block cell signal.

  Can I run a hot spot with the Drive Sleek?

  Yes. The Drive Sleek is designed to boost the mobile data connection of any cell phone or mobile hotspot that can fit in the cradle.

  Will my radio antenna affect the Drive Sleek?

  No. Your radio antenna shouldn’t affect the performance of the Drive Sleek. To avoid potential issues, install the booster’s external antenna at least 6 to 12 inches away from the radio antenna.

  Can I use the Drive Sleek in a campsite?

  Yes. If you receive a cellular signal in your campsite, then the Drive Sleek can amplify that signal. Keep in mind that you will need to use your vehicle to power the booster and connect it to the Drive Sleek cradle for use while camping.

  Does the Drive Sleek only work in vehicles?

  Yes. Our Drive Sleek solution is specifically designed for use in a car or SUV. We do not recommend it for residential use.

  Will the Drive Sleek boost GPS signal in my car?

  Yes. If you use a cellular-connected GPS device AND can fit the device in the cradle, then the Drive Sleek will be able to boost that signal.

  Will the Drive Sleek work when the vehicle is off?

  No. The Drive Sleek is powered by your vehicle’s 12V CLA (cigarette lighter adapter) port. Because it doesn’t have its own battery, it must be powered by your vehicle for it to work.

  How do I install a weBoost cell phone signal booster?

  To install a weBoost booster kit, download the weBoost app. Designed to provide guided installation instructions, videos, and information to help you install the outside antenna, booster, inside antenna, and signal-carrying cables. Follow the step-by-step instructions to install your booster the right way, the first time. The app will start by measuring your current cell signal, then finalize installation by showing how much your coverage has improved. The proof is in the app.
