  We take pride in the quality of our products and value every one of our customers. That’s why we make our return and exchange process quick and easy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days, we hope you’ll let us try to fix that. If you’re still not satisfied, you can return your weBoost product for a full refund. We only ask that you pay for the return shipping. This includes both new and certified refurbished products.

  The process is easy: Call us at 1-866-294-1660, send us an email, or visit weBoost.com to chat with one of our Customer Support representatives about your return. Ship your weBoost product back to us (or back to the original seller if instructed), along with your proof of purchase. After your product has been returned, you will receive your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

  weBoost proudly includes 1-year manufacturer's warranty on all certified refurbished cell signal boosters. These products are warrantied for the stated duration against any workmanship or material defects. To take advantage of our manufacturer's warranty, you can simply return your weBoost kit to us, along with your dated proof of purchase. We only ask that you pay for the return shipping. We will replace any defective parts and pay for the delivery of the replaced product back to you if you are located within the continental U.S.

  The fine print:

  Please note that our manufacturer's warranty does not apply to signal boosters or kits if we determine the product has been damaged by the customer. Please note that failure to use a surge-protected AC power strip with at least a 1,000-joule rating will void your warranty. After 90 days, we may replace products with refurbished products that have been completely recertified to conform to our product specifications. If you have any further questions about our warranty process, please contact Customer Support and one of our representatives will help you begin the process.

  Finally, our weBoost policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services on those products purchased only from an authorized Wilson Electronics dealer and that includes a receipt or proof of purchase. If you happened to have purchased a Wilson Electronics product from an unauthorized dealer, or if the original factory serial number has been removed or altered in any way, your Wilson Electronics warranty will not be valid.

  Can I run a hot spot with the Drive X?

  Yes. The Drive X works to boost cellular signal strength, so it will boost any hotspot you enable in your vehicle.

  Will my radio antenna affect the Drive X?

  No. Your radio antenna shouldn’t affect the performance of the Drive X. Just be sure to install the booster’s external antenna 6 to 12 inches away from the radio antenna to avoid potential issues.

  Can I use the Drive X in my campsite?

  Yes. As long as you have access to your vehicle at your campsite, you can use the Drive X in-vehicle cell phone booster while camping.

  Does the Drive X only work in vehicles?

  Yes. The Drive Reach is specifically designed for use in passenger cars and SUVs. We do not recommend it for residential use.

  Will the Drive X boost GPS signal in my car?

  Yes. The Drive X will boost all cellular-connected devices in your vehicle. As long as your GPS system relies on mobile data, you will receive a boosted signal for your navigation system.

  Will the Drive X work when my vehicle is off?

  No. The Drive X is powered by your vehicle’s 12V DC power supply. Because it does not have its own battery, it must be powered by your vehicle for it to boost signal strength.

  What is the difference between the Drive X and the Drive Reach?

  Both the Drive X and Drive Reach boost signal strength for multiple users and cellular connected devices. However, the Drive Reach provides 74% more range than the Drive X.

  Can I install the Drive X myself?

  Yes. The Drive X kit comes with all the components you need to install the booster in your car or SUV. Our simple instructions allow for easy, tool-free installation in minutes. Reference our Drive X installation guide for more information.

  Does the outside antenna mount directly to the vehicle?

  Yes. The Drive X booster kit includes a magnetic outside antenna that mounts directly to the top of the vehicle.

  To install a weBoost booster kit, download the weBoost app. Designed to provide guided installation instructions, videos, and information to help you install the outside antenna, booster, inside antenna, and signal-carrying cables.
