  We take pride in the quality of our products and value every one of our customers. That’s why we make our return and exchange process quick and easy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days, we hope you’ll let us try to fix that. If you’re still not satisfied, you can return your weBoost product for a full refund. We only ask that you pay for the return shipping. This includes both new and certified refurbished products.

  The process is easy: Call us at 1-866-294-1660, send us an email, or visit weBoost.com to chat with one of our Customer Support representatives about your return. Ship your weBoost product back to us (or back to the original seller if instructed), along with your proof of purchase. After your product has been returned, you will receive your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

  weBoost proudly includes 1-year manufacturer's warranty on all certified refurbished cell signal boosters. These products are warrantied for the stated duration against any workmanship or material defects. To take advantage of our manufacturer's warranty, you can simply return your weBoost kit to us, along with your dated proof of purchase. We only ask that you pay for the return shipping. We will replace any defective parts and pay for the delivery of the replaced product back to you if you are located within the continental U.S.

  The fine print:

  Please note that our manufacturer's warranty does not apply to signal boosters or kits if we determine the product has been damaged by the customer. Please note that failure to use a surge-protected AC power strip with at least a 1,000-joule rating will void your warranty. After 90 days, we may replace products with refurbished products that have been completely recertified to conform to our product specifications. If you have any further questions about our warranty process, please contact Customer Support and one of our representatives will help you begin the process.

  Finally, our weBoost policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services on those products purchased only from an authorized Wilson Electronics dealer and that includes a receipt or proof of purchase. If you happened to have purchased a Wilson Electronics product from an unauthorized dealer, or if the original factory serial number has been removed or altered in any way, your Wilson Electronics warranty will not be valid.

  Will the Home Complete boost cell service when I’m outside?

  No. The Home Complete is certified for indoor use only. Both the booster and inside antenna must remain enclosed at all times and will only broadcast a strengthened signal inside the home. Note: the Home Complete works to enhance an existing outdoor signal. If you do not have a cellular signal while outdoors, then the Home Complete cannot create a signal for you.

  Do you offer professional installation for the Home Complete?

  Yes. We provide professional installation with our weBoost Installed | Home Complete solution. Note that Home Complete is only for a personal residence; we will not install the booster at a business or commercial site.   Can I install the Home Complete system myself?

  Yes. Our Home Complete solution comes with everything you need to install the booster in your home. This Home Complete booster kit is designed for step-by-step, guided DIY installation.

  Will the Home Complete work in a commercial building or business?

  The Home Complete is engineered to improve coverage inside a home for multiple cellular devices. We highly recommend the more powerful Office 100 or Office 200 for commercial use in large spaces or with point-of-sale systems.

  Can I add coax cable to the Home Complete booster system?

  Yes. You can add additional coax cable when installing the Home Complete yourself. However, we do not recommend adding more cable than what is included in the kit as it will result in signal loss.

  Can I install more than one inside antenna with the Home Complete?

  Yes. You can add a second internal antenna to the Home Complete, but we don’t typically recommend it. Adding more than one antenna to this system may affect the coverage you get from the booster. If you choose to install another antenna, then we recommend taking dB readings to ensure that you have enough signal strength to support multiple antennas.

  How do I install a weBoost cell phone signal booster?

  To install a weBoost booster kit, download the weBoost app. Designed to provide guided installation instructions, videos, and information to help you install the outside antenna, booster, inside antenna, and signal-carrying cables. Follow the step-by-step instructions to install your booster the right way, the first time. The app will start by measuring your current cell signal, then finalize installation by showing how much your coverage has improved. The proof is in the app.
